Overview:
This is a summer camp held every even-numbered year by the IUCAA(Inter-University Centre for Astronomy And Astrophysics),Pune.
It is designed to introduce students to the fields of astronomy and astrophysics.
camp The will consist of lectures covering the fundamentals of A+A(Astronomy+Astrophysics) as well as recent developments in the field. In addition, participants may take part in individual projects under suitable guidance. The lecturers for the school will be drawn from the leading A+A centres in India.
Who can apply:
Students completing their B.Sc or students in their 2nd year of BS-MS/BS/B.Tech/Int. Msc would be eligible to apply.
When is it held:
It is a 5 week camp held during May-June every even-numbered year.
